DOT HAS A NEW FLOOR?

     Yes! Surely enough it does and it's called Bronze. While it may not be one of my favorite collections I can see becoming very popular. The Bronze collection has 5 shades of brown which are nude beige, deep tan, milk chocolate, mocca and burgundy brown. These shades are very useful when it comes to applying make up to your medoll. Not only are these neutral colors perfect for creating a natural look it also appears they would suit medolls of darker skin tones beautifully.Here is the full floor.

      My personal favorite from this new floor is the burgundy brown lipstick (the darkest shade from this collection) what's yours? And what are your thoughts on this new collection?

Hey Stardoll Hour readers. Before I start off with my first post, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Candice and I am 21 years old. I currently live in California and I have been on stardoll since 2008. I am really excited to be a member of this amazing blog. I hope you all enjoy my posts!

Spotlight is a segment where I will post pictures of creative dolls who have taken their suite to the next level. Our very first doll is moiragrog.

I have seen mermaid-inspired dolls in a scenery before but never in a suite. This really amazed me and deserves to be looked at. Visit her suite and rate her 5/5! Her username is moiragrog.

                                                Today we were given a new floor of Dot!

I absoloutely love this collection! The nudes are very vibrant and will look amazing when we need to contour our dolls face.I've heard such great feedback from many of the dolls crediting stardoll for there possible favourite release from Dot! I also think this will look great for dark skin dolls, it will really compliment and highlight the dolls features.

Hey guys, I'm Leandra and today we're going to be talking about shopping and not just any shopping...

STARDOLL SHOPPING!!

Now, I don't know about you but I love shopping in stardoll stores, but not just in any stardoll store I only shop at my absolute favorite Stardoll store which is [insert drumroll noise]

NELLY!!
The 'Nelly' store is one of my favorite stores (sorry ppq!!) and with the newest addition of Denim&Supply the store does not disappoint. It offers all kinds of styles such as minimalism, bohemian, summer-hipster, and just your average chic clothing, I guarantee you'll find something you love! I know I have :)

While the store has items that are for members only, and certain items that are a bit pricey for us 'non members' I think it is totally worth it to save up to get a few things. I for sure will be saving up my stardollars to buy some of the gorgeous clothes. Will you?

Hi there, I'm Stacy-G/Arlette, and today I'm gonna give you guys quick tips about how to decorate a mantel.

First, you need to choose your fireplace, whether it's contemporary, modern or rustic. To decorate the mantel, you need a big piece in the center, it's the focal point. It could be any picture or painting from the suite shop. And then add objects of varying height, by adding the smaller ones further than the center. Be careful with the color palette and the textures. You can also add some motion, with big candles, or chandelier. Vases and flowers are essential.

Of course, you can do whatever combination you want. It's also recommended that you use neutral colors on your walls. Have fun embellishing your fireplaces!

THEY'RE GONE?! 

     Yes, sadly Stardoll has taken away the Balmain Tribute and SubCouture stores from the Starplaza. Here's what the stores looked like when they were open.

     Did you buy from either store? If not do you regret it? Personally, I thought the SubCouture collection wasn't that amazing but surely some items from it will be rare eventually seeing as they only sold the clothing for three days. Now, as for the Balmain tribute collection it did last longer so I can't say they will be too rare. Maybe they will though, who knows? I personally though the Balmain tribute was much nicer. In fact, I'm kind of upset I didn't buy more from the collection. With the departure of these two stores surely a new one will come out soon.
